Are you comfortable working on the full range of bicycles and components- from cyclocross race machines to carbon race rockets to DH Rigs? Hydraulic brakes, wheel building, suspension? 3-speed hubs? Are you: - Experienced in managing a workshop?
- Inspect, assess, repair and service customers' bicycles
- Focused on providing excellent customer service?
- A motivated team leader with strong interpersonal skills?

- Assist in generating bicycle and accessory sales and meet targets
- Complete accurate work order paperwork and prioritize work orders in an expedient manner
- Demonstrate a professional standard of customer service and serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers
- Remain current on industry products and trends, and demonstrate knowledge of products
- Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques.
- Communicate with store management to achieve a seamless customer experience and maximize profitability.
- Diagnose and road test bicycles before and after performing mechanical procedures
Other requirements: - Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
- Be physically fit and be able to lift merchandise, packages and other items of at least 20kgs
- Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English
- Keep the inventory of the workshop updated
- Have a good mechanical aptitude and good problem solving skills
Qualifications: - Minimum of one year bicycle mechanic experience, previous experience with bike components, service tools and machinery are strongly recommended - Ability to work in a flexible schedule, some holidays and weekends - Previous experience with retail and POS system is preferred We service high-end MTB & Road bikes, you will be wasting both your time and ours if you have no experience working on such bikes. Ok we're joking about the 3-speed hubs but hey if you know your way around one of those then we really need to talk. If the rest sounds like you then we should talk.
