In the spirt of our little brother the Jeep Dirt Crits, the new Lysterfield Park Dirt Crits are born!!!
The Dirt Crits @ Lysterfield are a chance to have a mid-week ride/hit-out at Lysterfield Park.
Take it seriously, take it cruisily, take it as it comes, just as long as you have fun and finish with a grin.
Every Wednesday night at Lysterfield Park.
Registration is where you will be complete any paperwork and fullfill our/yourinsurance obligations to MTBA. You will also find out the location forthis weeks race. Rego is available at Trailmix from (6pm until 6:40pm)
By 2pm each Wednesday the Start Location will be listed on Twitter.
When?
Start Time 6:45pm
Registration from 6pm
Every Wednesday year round.
A, B, C & D grades are run each week.
Average race time for all grades is approx 45 min.
How do I enter?
Get to Trailmix (location is here www.trailmix.com.au) and enter on the night for $12 (incl GST)
MTBA Licence required. No licence = no ride. Day licences available @ $15 per race.
What do I need to bring?
Each rider must have the following equipment whilst on the course
- Serviceable mountain bike,
- Australian Standards certified cycling helmet,
- 1 full water bottle (Camelbaks allowed).
- MTBAfull licence or alternatively a day licence can be issued for $15. Thislicence covers you, your fellow competitors and the event withliability insurance. If you are a full MTBA member then you are also covered for personal accident insurance. Be extra careful on your bike @ other events that are run without MTBA Insurance.
