This is by far the best bike I have ever ridden! I had a very good bike prior to this, but the Taurine completely blows that out of the water. The Carbon frame is super stiff, but also provides a compliant ride, which translates to less fatigue during your ride/race. This bike LOVES to climb, and is also confidence-inspiring while descending and tackling technical terrain. Agility is the Taurine's middle name, you will be praying for tight and twisty single-track just so you can throw it from one side to the other. Lock-out the HeadShok up long fire-road climbs, and it will feel as though you're back on the roadie!
I have only had this bike for 6 months, in which time it has been raced 3 times and done only a handful of training rides. It has also been meticulously maintained by the incredible mechanics at TRAILMIX.
I will also throw in a brand new set of Continental Race King tyres (approx. $100 each) and a new set of OZRIDERS Foam Grips.
RRP is $5700, but I have upgraded almost the entire bike.
$4,500 or just make me an offer!
Bike can be viewed at a number of locations in Eastern suburbs. Photos also available.
