Why can't I come on the Womens social ride? I can talk about makeup and fashion and stuff. And Iv'e allways wanted to get my nails done. Did I mention that I'm not afraid to cry in front of people. Can I help it if I was born male......Female or male you are allways welcome on the Sat. morning ride. At the Mix by 10am. If you tell Rob about this message, he will hit me on the arm, and make me shout you a coffee, until I run out of money. Bless all DaveW.

hi. i ran into a man this morning on the track taking the group of girls for the ride, not sure what your name is and if you remember me? im interested in these womens rides what time and days were they again and do they cost anything? Thanks, Katie |

hey katie, that would have been rob faul. He finished off the ladies ride yesterday as i had tto go to work. either me or jo will take the ride every sunday at 9, rob usually comes along and gives out advise :) these rides are free of charge. hope to see you there. nicci |

Hi all, I'm going to be over from the UK in March and want to do as much off-road or mountain riding as possible. - I hoped for warmer weather and without the ice here in the UK, but a little worried now it'll be too warm. If you've had 45C and 37C at night even night riding will be hard work. So I hope to join you on a Sunday social or two (transport & bike arrangements permitting) as I should be in the area for 3 weeks. Also is anyone up for any longer rides ? I'm probably staying some of the time with my sis in Geelong on Bellarine peninsula and be up for any rides or events going on. I rode Forrest trails Aug07and hope to do Otway trails as they were too muddy back then. Be glad of any advice on where to ride, events, races, socials or even a few days camping tour on dirt trails. I'm not as fit as I'd like to be hence the escape. I'm no race diva but I do keep up with the average guy in the UK and faster than the Sunday only beer drinking guys, mainly coz I've been riding since 1991 so old skool hard tailer XC moving to full suss XC riding red black. Willing to learn some new skills for downhilling or the bike park. Of course the offer is reciprical - I can put you in touch with riders in the UK. Derv |
