Retul Bike Fitting

Hi All,

We now have a Retul Bike Fit system @ Trailmix now.

After extensive research into the various systems, including trawling the stands @ the Interbike trade show last week, I'm proud to say that this system takes what we already no about fitting riders to bikes to a new level of accuracy.

For those of you wanting to get to know their baseline measurements this system provides this with unparralled accuracy.

For those of you interested in keeping positions similar across your fleet of bikes (taking into account various discipline idiosyncronies) we can do that, ensuring all the important angles are correct. 

I'm also very happy to go back to my roots and perform Road, Crit, TimeTrial and Tri setups.

Snozza had recommended me to another provider who use the same system a few weeks back - had no knowledge Trailmix were looking at obtaining one though so had my fit done elsewhere early last week.

Verdict is still out on whether or not it'll make a huge benefit for XC riding, but the initial tests done so far are showing what should end up being around a 45-50W increase in FTP - the maths for which works out to be almost 80 seconds off my PB time up the 1/20, a pretty massive figure.

If anyone's interested, I'll tell you more in about 6 weeks once I've adapted to the changes determined/made from a Retul fit.
